This was my first one-on-one photoshoot with Theresa. We agreed on a list of images we wanted to try. Theresa knew of a perfect location. The lighting was soft and perfect, no need for strobes.
This was one of the last shots of the evening. The light was fading, casting nice shadows across the wall. Theresa waited patiently while I fumbled with my tripod.
I looked up for just a second and caught this frame, cocked the shutter, and popped-off one shot before she noticed I was ready. The candids always end-up being my favorites.

Something added.. something I can't quite explain...
I'm not the kind of person that finds ghosts in photographs.. I don't see "orbs," I see dust-spots. "Rods" are just blurry insects, etc..
And this photo isn't so different. It can be simply explained by motion blur.. But I've never seen it result this way. And I don't really remember/understand what sort of movement she made to cause her face to look so distorted. It really looks as though some other element exists where her face should be.. Take a closer look.
